Product Exchange/Return: | – All SIM card products and WIFI devices provided by T-connect come with a free return/exchange policy within 03 days from the date the customer receives the product. – No additional exchange/return fees, except for any cost difference in case of exchange for another product. – T-connect will not accept returns/exchanges for products with defects caused by the customer (not due to manufacturer’s error). |
Product Warranty: | All SIM card products and WIFI devices provided by T-connect come with a 12-month warranty from the date T-connect delivers the product to the customer. – Warranty conditions: * The device must have a warranty seal or a purchase invoice from T-connect. T-connect will verify the warranty period of the device to make the final decision. * Damages to the device must be determined to be due to technical or manufacturer errors. |
