Shipping Methods When purchasing at T-connect, customers can choose one of the following shipping and delivery methods:
Clickpost/letter pack for customers who pay in advance.
Daibiki (COD) for customers who wish to pay upon delivery.
Delivery Time: The goods will be delivered within 1-2 business days after receiving the shipment notification from T-connect. Note: For deliveries to remote islands such as Okinawa and Hokkaido, the maximum delivery time can be up to 7 days (excluding bad weather conditions).
Packing Specifications: 3.1. All goods shipped by T-connect are carefully packed and sealed before sending. 3.2. In the event that the customer finds the packaging torn or shows signs of being opened beforehand, please follow these steps: – The customer should immediately respond to the shipping carrier. – The customer should immediately notify T-connect for timely resolution. No later than 02 hours after the goods have arrived at the customer’s requested location, if the customer does not respond to T-connect, it will be considered that the customer has received the correct and sufficient goods as per the agreement.

For customers who pay in advance: Free
For customers who pay upon delivery (Daibiki (COD)): 800 yen
