RETURN POLICY: – For all SIM cards and wifi devices provided by T-connect, a free return policy applies within 03 days from the date the customer receives the product. – Except for the cost difference in case of exchanging for a different product, no additional return fees will be charged. – T-connect will not accept returns for products with faults caused by the customer (not manufacturer defects).
WARRANTY POLICY For all SIM cards and wifi devices provided by T-connect, a 12-month warranty policy applies from the date T-connect delivers the product to the customer. – WARRANTY CONDITIONS: • All components and devices must have a warranty stamp or a purchase invoice from T-connect. T-connect will check the warranty period of the device to make the final decision. * Damages to the device are determined to be caused by technical faults or manufacturer defects. – NON-WARRANTY CONDITIONS: • The device shows signs of foreign liquids or water intrusion. * The device has been dropped, chipped, dented, deformed, scratched, or shows signs of rust, moisture, or swelling. * The device’s screen is damaged and does not fall under warranty conditions. * The device shows signs of burning, explosion, pest infestation, or has been used in a humid environment. * The device is damaged due to natural disasters, fire, unstable power supply, improper installation, transportation, or improper usage, such as broken circuits, burnt components, or scorched parts, etc. * Accessories such as connecting cables, casings, switches, and promotional items are not covered by the warranty. – WARRANTY METHODS: • All devices are warranted free of charge during the warranty period (12 months). * Newly purchased items within 03 days will be replaced with a new one if the inspection shows damage due to manufacturer defects. * In case there is no new product available for exchange, an agreement will be made to exchange for another product of equivalent value. Note: this does not apply to devices that are consumable, disassembled, broken, missing packaging, scratched, or dirty. * For items purchased beyond the 03-day period, they will be accepted for warranty (repair). If repairs are not possible, the store will replace the product with an equivalent one, which may not be brand new.
