The trade policy for telecommunications products at T-connect includes the following contents:

1. Mobile service providers: 3 carriers: SOFTBANK, AU, DOCOMO 2. Mobile plan speed:
– Before speed restriction: depends on the bandwidth speed of the mobile service provider.
– After speed restriction: 128Kbps for SOFTBANK and AU, 256Kbps for DOCOMO. 3. Contract duration: The contract duration is 12 months from the month of service registration. 4. Service cancellation fee: No charge 5. Payment methods: Cash on delivery (Daibiki(COD)), bank transfer, direct cash payment. 6. Additional costs, outside of product fees:
– Consumption tax: the price displayed on the website includes tax, so no extra charges apply.
– Shipping fee: free for customers who pay in advance, 800 yen for those who pay upon delivery (Daibiki(COD)).
– Payment fee: payment service company/bank fees apply for bank transfers and payments at convenience stores. 7. Delivery time: Items will be delivered 1-2 business days after shipment notification from T-connect.
Note: Delivery to remote islands such as Okinawa and Hokkaido may take up to 7 days.
