5.1 You may send suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information to our Customer Consultation Center and/or the Application, provided that the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing intellectual property rights, harmful to third parties, objectionable, and does not contain or include software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent the origin of any content.

5.2 When You submit, upload, or post to or through the Application, subject to our Personal Information Protection Policy, in any form, information, materials, suggestions, ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, questions, comments, or other information (“Customer Communications”), such information will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You automatically grant the Company and its Affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media worldwide. You represent and warrant that You own or control all rights to the content You submit; that the content is accurate; that the use of the content You provide does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause harm to any person or entity; that the content You provide does not and will not infringe any intellectual property rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any party; and that it will not be defamatory or libelous; and that You will indemnify the Company or its Affiliates against all claims arising from content You provide. The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any activity or content. The Company is not responsible and assumes no liability for any content or Customer Communications shared by You or any third party through the Application, whether arising under copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or other laws. However, we reserve the right to remove any or all Customer Communications, including any materials that we deem inappropriate or unacceptable. The Company shall have no obligation to use, return, review, or respond to any Customer Communications.

6.1 This Application and all related information herein are provided by the Company on an “as is” and “available” basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the content, materials, or products presented on the Application. You expressly agree that your use of this Application is at your sole risk to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that the Application, its servers, or emails sent from the Company are free of viruses or other harmful or technical errors.
