T-Connect Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’) including the founders and all company employees, are fully aware of the importance of protecting customers’ personal information. We make every effort to protect customers’ personal information through the following policies:
PERSONAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT | At our company, customers’ personal information will be stored accurately and continuously updated with the latest information. In addition, to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, leakage of personal information, etc., we emphasize implementing measures such as: maintaining and continuously updating the security system, developing internal information security policies, and educating all company employees on information security awareness and practices. |

PERSONAL REQUESTS | If a customer wishes to view, modify, or delete their personal information, we will support them after verifying the customer’s identity. |
COMPLIANCE AND REVIEW OF LEGAL REGULATIONS | We will comply with Japanese laws and regulations as well as other standards applicable to the personal information we hold, review the content of this policy if necessary, and strive to improve it. |
